I am having problems getting "monitor directory" to notice when I make changes to files.
Make sure that "monitor directory" is still ticked, as if you enable it and then change directories it'll automatically disable itself (to stop you from inadvertantly uploading files you didn't want to upload). Also, it only works with the current local directory and not any of its subdirectories.
